What is the online Trade and Industry Directory?
The online Trade and Industry Directory allows you to consult the legal existence of a Monegasque company.
What can I do on the online Trade and Industry Directory?
You can consult the registration of your company and buy an extract of it. This extract can be requested by all your partners: banks, suppliers, possible future associates, in order to ensure that your company is declared, and to know its legal situation.
Which companies are concerned?
You will find all the companies whose registrations have been entered in the Trade and Industry Directory at the Directorate of Economic Expansion, excluding companies registered in the Special Register of Civil Companies.
How can I consult the website of the Répertoire du Commerce et de l'Industrie?

Do I have to log in or create an account to use the Trade and Industry Directory Online?
You can search and view a company's listing without having to log in or create a personal account.
How do I log in to my account?
To log in to your personal account, simply click on the "Login" buttons on the main page and/or during the purchase process. You will then be redirected to the Monguichet.mc login area.
How do I know if I am connected?
When you are logged in your first and last name appear next to the "Log out" button.
How do I create a user account?
To register, simply click on the "Sign in" buttons on the main page and/or during the purchase process. You will then be redirected to the Monguichet.mc login area, you will just have to click on "Create my account" under the "I don't have an account" section. After creating your account, you will be asked to validate your email address. Once your email address has been validated, you will simply need to log in with your identifiers and you will be redirected to the Trade and Industry Directory website.
Do I need to create/use a personal account or a business account?
You can create or use a personal and/or business account.
How to search for a company?
To search for a company, all you have to do is enter the company name or the trade name or the acronym or the RCI number in the search bar on the home page and click on the "search" button.
How can I refine my search?
In the search bar you have the possibility to search by using a "+" between the search words in order to reduce the number of results and thus obtain a more targeted search result.
What public information is accessible without purchasing certified documents?
The public information available is first level information: general information, status, state, establishment, activity, which is intended to be consultable by any type of public. This information is only a preview of the extract. This information can be consulted by clicking on the button "See a preview of the extract" on the thumbnails of the companies searched in the search results.
How can I optimise the display of my search results?
You can adjust the number of results displayed by using the choice list at the top of the results page.
Purchase of certified documents
What certified documents can I buy?
The RCI extract is an official document which validates, on the date mentioned, the registration of a company in the Trade and Industry Directory of Monaco [RCI], thus attesting to its legal existence. The RCI extract is an authentic act, signed by the Economic Development Department to which the company belongs. It only concerns legal entities.
What is an RCI extract?
An extract from the Répertoire du Commerce et de l'Industrie is a document that allows you to justify the legal existence of the company for your administrative procedures. Only the purchase of a complete extract allows you to have legal justification. Under no circumstances can a screen copy of the website have any legal value.
What is an RCI Online extract?
The online extract you purchase is a digitally certified document. A digital stamp is affixed to the document when it is issued online in uneditable PDF format.
What is a digitally certified document?
The electronic seal identifies its creator and guarantees the integrity of the data. The admission and admissibility of an electronic seal as evidence in legal proceedings may not be refused solely on the grounds that it is in electronic form or that it does not meet the requirements of a qualified electronic seal. The electronic seal benefits from a presumption of data integrity and accuracy of data origin until proven otherwise when it implements an advanced electronic seal established through a qualified electronic seal creation device and when the validation of this seal is based on the use of a qualified electronic seal certificate, under conditions set out in a ministerial order.
How to obtain an RCI extract?
In order to obtain a full extract from the RCI, it is necessary to log in and/or register with the Trade and Industry Directory online to make the purchase.
How to buy an RCI extract online?
In order to purchase a complete extract of the ROI, once you are logged in, you can add the certified document to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button on the thumbnail of the company you are looking for and/or on the preview page of the extract. Once you have added the document(s) to your shopping cart, you will be able to purchase it online.
What payment methods are available online?
In order to make your purchase online, you can pay using your credit card. Only credit card payments are used and authorised.
What documents are issued to me when I buy?
Once you have purchased the extract(s), you will be provided with the extract(s), the invoice and a payment summary. All these documents are digitally signed.
How do I use my RCI extract?
Your excerpt has legal value only through its use and transmission electronically, by email or any other electronic means. Any printing of the document removes its legal value. It is therefore mandatory to use electronic means to transmit this digitally obtained document for your administrative procedures.
How long is the RCI extract valid?
By definition, an extract has no limit of validity. However, for administrative purposes, you will usually be asked for an extract that is less than 3 months old.
What does the information on the RCI extract correspond to?
Within your complete extract purchased online, you will find all the public data available on your structure: Complete information, Administrators, Establishments, Observations. All non-confidential information entered in the Trade and Industry Directory is therefore included.
How long does it take to get an RCI extract online?
When you buy one or more extracts online, they are delivered instantly to your personal space after validation of your transaction.
How can I retrieve my certified documents purchased online?
You can find your orders and extracts at any time in the "My purchase history" section.
How can I check the electronic validity of the RCI extract?
To do this, simply open the PDF file in Acrobat Reader and click on the "Signature panel" at the top. You will then be able to view the necessary information of the electronic stamp: Validity of the signature and details of the signature.
If I print my digital RCI extract on paper, is it still valid?
Any printing of this document removes its legal value. It is therefore mandatory to use electronic means to transmit this digitally obtained document for your administrative procedures.
Can I get a free RCI extract?
No extract from the Trade and Industry Directory can be obtained free of charge.
I have three administrative procedures to complete requesting an RCI excerpt, how many RCI excerpts should I buy?
If your extract is valid for less than 3 months and you send it electronically, you can use the purchased extract for all your procedures. Example: You have 3 administrative procedures to carry out over the same period of time of less than 3 months, only 1 extract will therefore be necessary to transmit electronically.
I have logged out, can I find my purchases?
If you disconnect from the website for any reason, you will be able to retrieve your orders and extracts at any time in the "My purchase history" section.
How can I make it easier to search my purchase history?
In the "My purchase history" section, you have two views at your disposal. An "Extracts" view allowing you to see the extracts purchased without time limit but also an "Order" view allowing you to access your order history.
Problems
I have put items in my basket but how can I access them?
Your items are accessible through the "Shopping Cart" icon on the screens. At any time, simply click on this icon to access your shopping cart.
I can't find any results for my search, what does this mean?
If you do not find any results for your search, this means that the legal structure is not listed in the Trade and Industry Directory. For any other anomaly, we invite you to contact the Economic Expansion Department.
My personal information is wrong [Name, first name], how can I change it?
In order to make changes to your personal details, simply click on the "My Profile" button at the top of the screen. This function allows you to make the necessary changes.
I see incorrect information on my RCI extract, how can I update it?

I have doubts about downloading my extracts, how can I check?
When your extracts are issued, a "Downloaded" or "To be downloaded" status informs you of the action you have taken. You can download your extracts for a period of 3 months within your history. As a precautionary measure, we invite you to consult the "Downloads" section of your Internet browser.
I cannot download my RCI extract(s)
